A single PDF record of weather measurements published by the national weather service, selected for one address and one date, delivered as a download immediately after payment. The price is €19 including any applicable VAT.

The record is a data extract. It is not an expert opinion, not a certificate, not a Gutachten and not legal advice. No assessment of damage, policy or claim is made or implied.

The free check shows the decisive measurement before any payment: the nearest station that measured, the distance, the peak gust and whether it reached the threshold quoted from standard conditions. If no station near the address holds data for that date, we say so and there is nothing to sell.

If the delivered record does not contain the measurements the free check showed, or the download fails and cannot be fixed, the payment is refunded in full on request within 30 days.

Because the record is a digital item generated on demand and delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun, which you agree to at checkout. The refund promise above applies regardless.

Figures are reproduced from the weather service's own archive without adjustment, apart from unit conversion and the selection of place and period. Values from the rolling recent archive are provisional and may be revised by the service; a record states which tier each figure came from and keeps the values as they stood when it was issued.

Payment is processed by lava.top, which acts as merchant of record and appears on your statement. Card details are never seen by this service.
